Overview

EmojiGet is primarily a static website. Most features run entirely in your browser or on your device. We do not require an account to use the service.

Information stored on your device

• Language preference (localStorage key emoji-combo-locale) so the site remembers English or Chinese
• Text you type in generators or the symbol editor stays in your browser session unless you copy it elsewhere
• Clipboard writes when you tap Copy—handled by your browser or operating system; we do not receive copied content on any server

What we do not collect

The static production build does not include server-side analytics or user tracking built into the app itself. We do not ask for your name, email, or password to browse or copy symbols.

Hosting and logs

When you access the public website, your hosting provider (for example Cloudflare Pages) may process standard web server logs such as IP address, user agent, and requested URL for security and delivery. Please refer to your host’s privacy policy for details.

Optional environment variables (such as social or support links) only affect which footer links are shown; they are not personal data.

Third-party content

Some features may load external resources—for example Twemoji images when generating dot-art gallery entries, or links you open from the footer. Those services have their own policies.

If you follow external links (Instagram, YouTube, GitHub, support pages, etc.), their sites govern any data they collect.

Children

EmojiGet is a general-purpose creative tool. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through a contact channel, please notify us so we can address it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
